We operate as a principal in physical commodity transactions and do not provide regulated financial services, investment advice or asset management services.
Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable commercial laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Commercial Companies Law (Legislative Decree No. 21 of 2001, as amended) and all applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
